If a Silver purchase succeeded but Silver was not added to your account, please include:

  • Your account email, if you used login.
  • The Silver pack you bought.
  • The approximate purchase time.
  • The Apple purchase receipt or transaction information, if available.

Account And Cloud Save

If progress or Silver does not appear after reinstalling the app, make sure you are logged in with the same account used for the purchase or cloud save.
